Middle Management is very weak: a very few of the middle management (aka Directors / VPs) has true manager skills.
Executive management lacks vision and strategy.
Employees are completely unmotivated and fear to make decisions.

Contracts and verbal agreements after negotiations are never respected.

Really nice people overall that you like to go out and socialize with.
Cons
Management is cheap and because of that are always late to the dance. They also do not listen to anyone but themselves. Politics in the company run deep though they would not say they do.
