Pros

Your salary is on time. No value for people,No appreciation, they treat employees as slaves, there is nothing much to tell about pros.

Cons

Worste management especially in india office. No rules/ No ethics and no policy's. If employee ask something then you will be cornered and with in shorter notice you will be out of the company with no reason. They hire people with out a project and keep for 4 to 5 months and suddenly management will come and say tomorrow is your last working day. If you are planning your career in right shape then don't choose this company.

Pros

Nothing much but one good thing in bangalore management they are non-technical it's easy to manipulate and fool them.

Cons

Very unprofessional place. It feels like you are working in some manufacturing unit not in software company, you stop thinking you are a software engineer. Company don't bother about anybody's talent and calibre. They remove your dependency and start ignoring you. No growth, no quality work, no job satisfaction. If need any details just check any former employee from LinkedIn and please ask the reality. Once someone join the company management forced them to write the review and you must have to write a good one. So all the good reviews are forcefully written.

Pros

Remote work. Some really smart team members who work on larger accounts.

Cons

The organization is trying to build a digital agency. However, they make promises to customers without full-knowledge of what they're talking about and then attempt to find resources/people to fulfill on those promises. It never sets those folks up for success. I was asked to change my LinkedIn expertise to match what a potential client wanted even though I had no firsthand experience on that client's needs. There is no plan for career growth or mobility for team members. There are a lot of promises but no real vision or structure. The lack of structure creates confusing situations. It was unclear who I directly reported to for the first month of employment. I was also told I may be groomed to take my bosses job without her knowledge. There are a lot of opinions, but a lack of communication all around.
