      Some colleagues with great personality and potential

      Cons

      - Apathetic CEO and CTO - Always felt confused and out of touch with product. - Always felt judged and had difficulties express my opinion - startup environment felt more like trying to tick a set of checkboxes to be eligible for the title rather than genuinely embracing the culture.

      Perfect time to be at an Awesome Company

      Pros

      - working on one of the hottest things in the industry right now - learning a lot about artificial intelligence, CRM systems - great culture and awesome people - a lot of career oppties as the company keeps growing

      Cons

      - the crazy rhythm and pace of work can be daunting at times - it's sometimes hard to keep up with all the changes
