      Decent Job, No chance for advancement

      Pros

      Halfway decent pay, able to use phones, easy job, alternate shifts 7:45-4:45 & 9-6.

      Cons

      No chance of advancement, they want tellers to work on loan side without having to pay you for it, hours 7:45-6, Vacation time is horrible. One day a month with no chance of taking a day unpaid.

      Laid back, work not difficult

      Cons

      Management sucks, they don't care about employee's. Benefit's suck, vacation time suck's. If you have any experience don't work here, they lie to get you in the door but do nothing with your talent. No change for advancement.

      Pros

      Promotes within the bank before external hiring, a lot of room for advancement, company growth, great benefits, yearly bonus, a great amount of PTO, holiday parties, family oriented. This bank bends over backwards for their employees and customers. Everyone has always treated me like family and with respect. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

      I haven't experienced anything negative while working here.
