1 - Late response,
2 - Late approvals,
3 - Top management is struggling because of their biases,
4 - They don't want to change their work culture even when it doesn't cost money, LOL.
5 - They terminate people whenever they feel like.
6 - It's a family run business, so no matter who the CEO (or any other C-suite) is, the RETIRED founders will take the decision. Never understood why, though.
7 - Payscale is not upto the industry standards, I can say that living in the states, I can only imaging the pay situation of employees from Brazil, India, etc.
