Many of the Parks' employees are very knowledgeable and dedicated.
Cons
Seasonal, hourly employees are used for roles that should be full time positions, without any hope of actually being offered a FT position. Full time positions often go (intentionally) unfilled. Many full time employees contribute little or nothing and spend much of their time avoiding work.
