flexibility, used to be good for students (not anymore)
Cons
micromanaging, not enough support, pricing out their clients, bad at hiring managers. cuts costs by slashing hours, letting managers work without getting paid, yet raising the prices of everything in the store to the point that people would rather buy online, then blames retail employees for low sales
Easy flexibility with schedule, light work load, employee points and discount.
Cons
No room to move up the ladder, raise is based on total time with company not with performance, open for late hours into the night despite not being able to carry self defense weapons, I could go on.
