Pros

The people are somewhat cool to talk to.

Cons

Too many. No chance for moving up the ladder as they will create fake manager positions, allow you to apply, and leave you hanging after 6 months. Then proceed to tell you that they never planned on hiring a manager after interviewing every individual that applied. They also work you extreme hours and have no care in treating their employees correctly. I have worked multiple years at other theaters even in management, and Regal and Cinebarr was by far the worst theater I have ever worked for. They also love to have favorite employees and don't split tips evenly which is a big problem. They would work you mornings by yourself for 5 hours allow you to collect all those tips with no help and then split those tips with someone that comes in at the end of your shift. For anyone who knows anything about business incorrect tip splitting is a big problem legally.
