Pros

Great support staff and production teams. It's a really fun group to be around. The social element is great and dogs are allowed in the office which is fun.

Cons

Terrible HR, management. Too many execs who are all clueless about anything. The managers really don't care about the staff, and the owners are clueless about what's going on.

Cons

Larger company is not really a production company, but rather a rights and distribution company. If you're in the production world, opportunities here may be limited. Many offices globally -- Toronto, Montreal, New York, Dublin, London -- can make decisions and clarity a bit slow and/or muddled
