Making money, free movies, early movie showings for employees

SCHEDULING! They only tell you what time to show up for work, you never know when you're getting off. Hard to plan around shifts, might be working for 3 hours or 8+ hours. They require availability or time off requests a month in advance but still might schedule you those days with only four to seven days notice. Servers and kitchen staff mention even worse ordeals as far as scheduling (being told to stay for a double shift the day of, etc).

Very poor Management team/ system. - Please note i use this loosely. Like with most things there are Individuals that shine in their position within this company however, i am speaking from a manager perspective working for the company. They have very poor week cooperate structure, Mom and pop feeling that trying to be something they are not. They still use their finical books to bury other events into the records. (bad business methods).
