      Pros

      To be honest, I am a newcomer to Germany and I truly appreciate the amount of effort Cinemo team had put on every single aspects of my travel, stay and onboarding. Nowhere I felt like an outsider. About the work, I just love how you are given more chance to learn and explore than being directed. The team I'm assigned with distributed and diversified and just love being here every single day. Would definitely recommend Cinemo to anyone who has a second thought about it.

      Frankly, I do not find anything at the moment. Looking forward for a great learning experience with Cinemo.

      Amazing company to work for

      -> Friendly cooperative environment -> Supportive colleagues -> Technically sound peers

      Cons

      Nothing special to note, usual organisational/administrative issues like any other company prop from time to time but they are resolved quickly by the company in an efficient manner.

      Generally not a bad company

      Pros

      Interesting technology and people, flat structure, office in the center of the city, possibility of remote or hybrid work.

      Cons

      Salary is average, management is too focused on growing company and not too much on employees.
