You will learn a wealth of knowledge concerning the Italian table and guest reception if you are willing to work for it.
Cons
The culture of this place is so incredibly toxic. Many staff members are in constant states of fear and anxiety. Bullies are rewarded and promoted into a management that attempts to inculcate a fearful victim mentality in those they believe are weaker. If you are a female you will need to flirt with male management, or you will be targeted and bullied. I'm surprised that this place has not undergone any serious sexual harassment lawsuits yet.
