      Pros

      They pose themselves as an industry leading shop with amazing capability and extreme quality in what they do, this is not the case

      Cons

      CEO is a maniac who has no experience is the industry. His only qualification is he’s the owners son... his practical experience is as a newspaper writer? Production manager is a crazy person who is the worst I’ve ever seen in front of clients.

      Pros

      When the team is buttoned up and on the same page, amazing things get accomplished. Great opportunities and cool projects to work on. If you’re lucky enough to be salaried, the benefits are great, but only about 5-10% of he workforce is that lucky.

      Cons

      Major changes over the past few years, mostly in efforts to compete with other scene shops, have left this place somewhat cold, without a direction, and on the brink of bankruptcy. Vendors calling and asking for payments—and being ignored, employees walking off site due to poor management, and bidding on jobs completely outside their bandwidth make cb a difficult place to love.

      Pros

      Large, organized, clean, and fun place to work. Offers a great variety of projects with well qualified team members to fabricate them.

      Cons

      Management will lay you off with no advance notice. Will promise you months of work and later claim to be well staffed and no longer in need of assistance. When you are no longer needed management then decides to ignore and not respond to messages for future work.
