Owner is actually crazy and will flip out on anyone at anytime.

The owner is incredibly disrespectful and straight-up rude at times. There is absolutely no value in the support staff. You almost feel like a nuisance just for doing your job. Some of the stylists will talk to you like you're dirt and there is very little support from management. Personally, we were asked to go way beyond the scope of our job and then had new items added on monthly with absolutely no increase in compensation. When we finally brought this to management's attention they hit us with a " you really aren't doing that much". Just straight-up gaslighting.
