Pros
The people are incredible, they're friendly, collaborative, and supportive. The management and leadership team take notice to people strengths and goals to improve and ensure they get the opportunity to grow. There is plenty of room to grow and expand. There is an actual work/life balance. As a creative there is a lot of different opportunities in the work. I highly recommend Circa overall.
Cons
There is some process change happening because of the amount of growth, so it comes with some growing pains but it really isn't much of a con. It is pretty exciting to be a part of a growing agency and the leadership team is very responsive and communicative during the process.

We are not without challenges but I’ve worked with tons of agencies in my career and can say that Circa is a place that actually cares about their people, doing innovative work in a growing industry
