Management is: Incompetent Oppaque or down right lies Instead of motivating you they ask for discretion when you have troubles or rewards so others don't ask for the same Insane levels of quitting

Upper management clueless. My manager’s manager is always making mountains out of a molehills. The pace of tasks/projects is not sustainable. People in my department are burnt out. Everything is an emergency and very little time given to analyze and resolve a problem before 2-3 more are piled on. People become disenchanted and morale is super low. Not a good place to work for. Excessive micromanagement. Insane amount of documentation for simple tasks. Convoluted processes that only waste people’s time. Is like shoveling chit against the tide.
