Cons
1. Dishonest job descriptions 2. Lack of leadership and effective management 3. Lots of “busy work” 4. Toxic work culture that comes from senior leadership. 5. Leadership is woefully unqualified to be handling 8 figure contracts. 6. Lack of bonus, performance reviews, or real growth opportunities. 7. No real HR structure (this is especially problematic when US employees are told this is provided) 8. Systemic problems with leadership at all levels of the organization (from team-leads to senior directors) Overall, there seems to be significant confusion as to what the main goal is for the company’s work in the UAE: promoting intelligence training or providing technological capabilities to clients. These need not be in conflict with one another, but as the company is currently structured, the technology goal is stressed (for obvious reasons), yet in action very little is done to further that goal.
