Business outlook
Pros
- Higher pay for teachers than most (but industry standards are so low) - beautiful campus - sweet kids - grateful families - some paid time off
Cons
- difficult to speak with someone in management - no paid sick days (or you have to use your measly 5-6 days you get a year to cover it which it won’t) - very little paid days off - if you don’t get along with co teachers will make the job really difficult - high ratios (they say low ratios because “3 teachers to a classroom but it is really more like 2 in most classrooms. 20 3-4 year olds in 1 class even with 3 people is still 20 3-4 year olds.)
