      Management taking away breaks, headteacher environment, Management have no idea, Strict on comfort breaks, no room for progression if your face doesn't fit.

      Pros

      Good people doing their best to provide for people in social housing around the country. People who care about the rights of tenants and support initiatives to improve and protect these.

      Cons

      As with all social housing providers the difficulties lie in providing cost effective repairs and maintenance to tenants. It was a group that had grown quickly and which was looking to make savings by combining and moving functions.
