Great flexibility

Pros

This company gives you great flexibility as you do 20-25 hours a week. Your day is more controlled by the times that patients prefer to be called. I have a good mix, so that I can get some morning patients done, break for lunch, and then log back on and finish my afternoon.

Cons

It’s a contract position, so you have to pay your own taxes, which is painful.

Pros

Work-from-home opportunities doing telephone support for Medicare patients with chronic health issues. Low-stress and rewarding work. Company support -system is good so you don't feel like you have to figure everything out on your own.

Cons

The pay is not particularly great, but then most remote work-from-home jobs are not. I think it is fair, though. Only paid for successful calls and can sometimes be a challenge getting a hold of clients because they don't view telephone appointments the same way they do an office appointment.

Pros

Most supportive team I have ever worked for. Management team is always available to prevent lag time when you are working with a patient. Can not recommend a company more when looking for a great team to be a part of.

Cons

None. Contract position and rate is transparent before job begins.
