Pros
Most people there are nice and easy to work with.
Cons
Even if they seems willing, management seems overwelmed so don't expect much from them outside day-to-day tracking. Understaffed. Work/life balance can be either way. Either you do your job and don't expect much in return, or your have to put some serious extra hours to have (maybe) any returns in interesting projects/in your career path. Salaries are not great and the direction is quite cheap even though the results are good.
