I left primarily due to my manager’s behaviour and leadership style. There was consistent micromanagement, including monitoring my communication and reviewing emails in a way that felt excessive. I also received comments about my personality rather than constructive performance feedback. The environment became so stressful that I needed to take stress leave. I escalated the situation to HR but nothing changed, which ultimately led to my resignation.
