Pros

Nice Place for those in recovery. You get to help others and feel like you are making a difference in the lives of people who are struggling with addiction.

Cons

The corporate adminstration, while small, takes advantage of the fact that the little people care and pay them very little to do a big job. Burn out is high and relapse is even higher.

Pros

The CEO, medical director and clinical director are all caring, honest people.

Cons

For being one of the most expensive, high-end treatment centers in the world, the company struggles to pay their staff. At times, paycheck are never even cut. The HR department refuses to give employees their paystubs. Very alarming. Something is happening at Cirque Lodge and the future for this once highly esteemed company looks bleak...

Pros

None that I can think of. The reviews that are on here for cirque lodge are done by current employees. I worked in the kitchen for three years and the company does nothing to retain employees. There harmons monthly gift card bonus is a joke. The mileage I was getting paid to travel to the lodge and studio was the state minimum. The residents treat employees like personal chefs . The residents need to remember they are in rehab, no one put them there apart from themselves.

Cons

Low mileage reimbursement, double standards for lodge and studio . The studio kitchen is outdated for the amount of people it needs to cater too. Staff from all departments keep leaving. Very high turn over. Insurance premiums are high. No HSA match , no 401K till you have been there a year. No sick days and no PTO unti. 6 months. Your also expected to work all holidays. That’s why I left before the holidays. There are no real incentives to work here. You will get paid more at other rehab centers.
