Pros

Good office space Good people (Fresher's) on the floor That's it.

Cons

Please take out time to read the below things carefully, as this article is very long but also portray the tears of one who has faced/been with this organisation for more than a year. First of All, the PAY is very low. BONDS have to be signed on joining and keeping your precious documents as a mortgage. Your Job at Cirrius is NEVER SECURE, you can be LAID-OFF for taking a holiday. Experienced people, why you even want to consider this as an opportunity ? To be true, you can get hired easily and get fired at a much faster, people have given up their previous job considering the lucrative salary being offered and have been laid off and being blamed as you are not fruitful to the organization, not getting proper output, not PRODUCTIVE is the right word in this company's words. Fresher's be aware, thinking not getting a job anywhere where as these guys are providing one, DO NOT JOIN. There is nothing you can learn here. Freshers won't get any experience letter, relieving letter if they leave before 2 years. Trust me you won't be able to survive here. Taking up Job as a BA/Business Analyst - The MOST DEVIOUS tricks this company uses, its not Business Analyst/BA its pure Client Servicing, always on calls facing issues and resistance from the clients, only a few get the Profile of a BA.(but in that too there isn't much to learn just typing it down on a word file) The technologies used for development are OUT-DATED and still use Pirated and Trial Versions, even the PL-SQL they work on. The BLAME GAME is horrible when you are the lowest in your hierarchy, THE MANAGERS blame it on the new guy or the one they want out of the system. CEO and Management are one party, both take the decisions and will never APPRECIATE whatever you do or whatever you are. NOT Allowed to take Tea Breaks near the Coffee/Tea machine, people run when they see the Management fellow coming downstairs so that they don't get fired. IF you go out of office for a snack/break you have to enter you name and sign against it, don't think it as a normal gesture, Employees are always under scanner for doing so, when something goes wrong they get this point out too that so many breaks you have been taking. Don't get CARRIED AWAY with the Clientele they have, they are the one's I feel pity for, even after so much follow-ups the issues never get resolved and occur again and again not because of the employee, but cause of the Infrastructure, Database, Framework, and the Conventional Technical Systems/ Methodologies and Aspects. As i said not cause of the people, this organization has the tendency of Cost CUTTING, every company does but this organization has such a view like laying off a Senior Person and hiring inexperienced people in place of them as a replacement without proper knowledge transfer. Students just out of college don't have the right amount of knowledge and exposure. The information/knowledge is never transferred from the managers to their subordinates always kept with themselves, and when they are not around, you are responsible if issues arise. Employees here are frustrated, no one can be seen happy, everyone on the floor is just awaiting for the day when they complete 2 years and flee from this disgust. All the employees get happy when someone is leaving this organisation so finally he can succeed and out from sort of burden/enslavement. Finally, why do you even have the HR Team, they(HR) don't have a stand in anything, even they are tied up cause of several personal commitments, everything goes for approval to the CEO and Management. Be anywhere guys but not here.

Pros

*Good in finding Flaws in you/your work. *Goof if you don't want to go home to your family. *Good to kill your social life. *Best place to kill all the confidence in you. *Amazing in demotivating you. *Will teach you how to best utilize your work time as you will need to chase deadlines half than it actually is required. *Awesome work culture if you like/know how dictatorship works.

Cons

* Hire & Fire policy *You will be closely monitored via cameras *Will be given work right when you pack your bag to leave in the evening. (Remember, cameras are watching you.) *You will need to extend your working hours till 10pm every day *Organization wants you to slog from morning to midnight *No work life balance. *You will never be appreciated no matter how much effort you put in. *Only good if you like a very unhealthy work culture. *Centralized Control. *Ideas will be smashed after you work hard to get them in shape. I wish there were (-)ve stars.

Pros

Dont waste your time..You are not going to gain anything out of it.Horrible experience. Product has many bugs. You will ruin your professional life here. Management is just helpless and puppets of CEO.

Cons

Even a book is not enough to list down the cons..Hire & fire in just 2 months..and they keep repeating this cycle..sales guys should never even think about joining this organisation even they are offering you 100% hike. They treat sales guys as aliens who are expected to learn the product in and out in just 1 week..No logic in firing the sales person..The CEO may not like your smile and can give 100 reasons why you should leave. The CEO comes into action after 6:30pm and expects the other employees to be there till mid night.and next day to be in office on time.
