Amazing company to work for if you love being a part of a great team and culture. Fully remote work! Upper management is willing to listen and not above getting involved and stepping in to help whenever needed. No one works in silos. Good benefits - even housekeeping (yes, please)! Cirrus values its employees, not just a client-first approach like most companies. Encourage professional development and opportunities for growth.
Cons
Working in payroll can be demanding and stressful at times but if you are drowning speak-up, everyone is so willing to jump in and help whenever needed. You're never really on an island alone here!
