- Culture - Flexibility - Normal people with normal expectations - Strong SLT

Cons

Working remotely can cause an employee disconnect but Cirrus works hard to bridge the gap, so not a con.

Pros

At Cirrus, you are treated like an adult if you behave like a (responsible, trustworthy) adult. We all feel like our work is important and that we are working towards a common goal. It is entrepreneurial which allows for growth opportunities and is open to fresh ideas. It is a lovely company to work for. There is great communication and camaraderie among employees.

Cons

This may not be the place for you if you can't handle a fast pace, quick u-turns or undocumented processes. It is unconventional and has kept the start-up mentality alive.
