      working with great clients, getting the job done, anniversary luncheons, mindful of work/life balance, a lot of money goes to employees, let the big man talk to keep him happy

      Cons

      in-office staff are hit or miss. advice to avoid recruiter for the fake laughter and passive aggressiveness, tempers can flare, political discussions that should not happen, company events feel enforced

      Pros

It is worth mentioning this because Citadel lives up to those values. And these values are not just for the chosen select clients or top paid professionals. Every member of the Citadel community benefits from the integrity displayed, the professionalism delivered, and the responsive action. It is a privilege to work for such a company that stands for what it means each and every day.

      Cons

      This is a small business and may not have every bell and whistle you'll get from a large corporation. And if getting ahead at the expense of someone else or by cutting corners is your thing, you need not apply.

      Pros

      I just started with Citadel, and I have to say that the company is amazing. I was warmly embraced by the team, and the working environment is excellent. Although it maintains a formal culture, you don't feel pressure or overwhelmed. I feel happy and valued at Citadel!!! My team rocks and leadership as well.

      Cons

      They don't use MAC computers, and if you are not good with PC's/Windows it could take a little while to adapt.
