Some Management people doesn't know professionalism they only know dictatorship and that is what they are doing, Management though knows everything but never take a chance to also know the concern of employees. My Suggestion: Please don't join this organization in Development or Testing Team otherwise you will face hard times.

It was a good company 4-5 years back. No pro that I can think of now, in 2019!

A lot actually. I'll just list down a few which might be useful: Management is not concerned about its employee and never bothers to listen to them. No transparency at ALL!!! Management has a PATHETIC attitude towards its employees and think its doing a favor to its employees by giving them their SALARY!!! Anyone can be asked to leave at any point of the year without giving any explanation at all. Ask any former employee and everyone will tell you the same story. No one feels secure working in this company and environment anymore. NO JOB SECURITY AT ALL!!! HR is very much a part of this management and NOT employee friendly, trustworthy or helpful at all. It recruits people by giving them false promises and a lot of joiners then leave in their first week of joining. No career growth at all. Depressing work environment. They have outsourced most of their work to a third party hence not much work left to do.
