Your colleagues and customers are your saving grace. Let's hope you get good ones.

The workload and pressure compared to pay doesn't make any sense. No areas for growth since the restructure. They pretend to care about mental health but provide nothing but documents to read. The training was nonexistent. Overall not a great experience.
