      Pros

      Management cares about its employees, growth potential, and diversified. Employees are treated fair and everyone has a voice. They are working on many different things that could create a lot of opportunity.

      Cons

      Small company and not much opportunity to grow within company. Compensation is not clearly defined and is often based on a project by project situation.

      Pros

      Citivest is involved in a mix of investment activities which makes for a mix of real estate professionals. The executives place a high value on ethics and values in everydepartment. Managers are personable and are always opinion to hearing new ideas and opinions. The staff is generally very friendly creating a comfortable work environment.

      Cons

      Managements focus and resources become strained from time to time due to the many divisions within the company. Most staff members have a wide range of assignments which keeps things new, but requires strong multitasking skills.
