Up until about 2015, it was a great place to work -- collaborative and innovative. Strong feeling of team spirit. Strong salaries for early-career nonprofit types.
Cons
Became very disorganized and dispiriting as everyone left or was let go. Lots of office drama, overshadowed the nonprofit work by the end of my time working there, unfortunately.
