Pros

- Decent pay and benefits - Flexible hybrid work, never had a problem getting time off - Work with big name clients - Lots of hands on experience in different projects that makes you well rounded - Junior staff has very strong skill set and are the true “culture” at Citizen

Cons

- Veteran employees are traditional to corporate hierarchy. Only their ideas are the ones being executed and give stand-off energy to any one under them. - Pay bumps aren’t significant when getting a bonus or promotion - Understaffed for the last years so working long hours a lot of days - Very rare to have leadership slow down and teach you strategy. Lots of figuring it out as you go

Pros

Lovely socials and opportunities for quick growth

Cons

Depending on your line manager, you’ll either experience a reasonable workload (still fast paced as it is an agency) or you’ll be constantly overworked because your manager believes that supporting your workload is beneath them.
