There is absolutely no room for growth. The pay is not competitive, though you may be hired in at a "competitive" rate. Don't expect to receive a raise that is equivalent to the time and energy you expend at this company. They bait you into positions with responsibility and give you none of the necessary resources nor the rewards to make you feel as if you're a valued member of a team. You are a cog in a machine and they will replace you. On several occasions, I was told how replaceable staff really was. They expect you to handle multiple customers between multiple offices at a time; there is no excuse, you are not allowed to set appointments. I left voluntarily after requesting a raise and having it denied. As I was acting manager with no manager on site for months, I took on many roles and assumed responsibilities well outside of my pay range. I was encouraged by past employees to leave my position as they had suffered the same sort of stress. I was struggling with mental health after being asked to handle things I did not feel comfortable doing alone. My work/life balance was a disaster, and almost daily I found myself taking home stress from the workplace. Ultimately, this place is not worth staying at for any serious amount of time. You won't be treated fairly, you'll be majorly stressed out, and the management doesn't care about how you feel.

I would never work for this company. They do not care about their employees. One mistake can cost you your job. I was terminated because I made a mistake. No warning, no write-up. Just straight terminated. To make matters worse, the lady specifically told me over the phone " No you aren't being fired." I drove an hour for a "meeting" which in all actuality was a termination meeting that blindsided me. Again steer clear of a company if you are looking for a family friendly environment!
