      Pros

      Best work culture ever! Open communication with senior management/founding partners. Uncapped commissions. Excellent pay with lot's of incentives. Summer Friday's is probably my favorite. Room for advancement. Unlimited snacks/coffee/espresso. Free lunch every Friday. Cleaning staff in office during business hours = super clean. Location... Location... Location!!!

      Some of senior management has offices on a different floor... So, really nothing.

      Relaxed atmosphere, the ability to work from home when necessary. The teams work really well together. Great Senior management team, they listen and work to resolve issues. Co-founders are dedicated to growth and quality.

      There are some growing pains in a very competitive market.
