Pros
Excellent people to work with and the company work culture was wonderful. The environment was well structured with plenty of training provided.
Cons
The ability to grow financially was a little slow which can make it difficult for some people to manage a path to financial independence.

Pros
Flexibility of schedule is great tho resented by branch folks.
Cons
Goals to make good incentive are nearly impossible to meet on a quarterly basis. Branches, if they don't feel you are bringing them business will cut you out. Management does not support the BBO role.
