Pros
The majority of people are down to earth and hard working. Starting PTO time is more than most companies in the space give their employees. Other than that, there isn’t much positive to say about my experience here.
Cons
My view is the culture here is the result of too many changes within a relatively short period of time (employee attrition, business acquisitions, ill-equipped managers, ridiculously helpless IT Helpdesk, and a network of outdated/inefficient systems that do not speak to each other). All of these issues work in combination to create an employee work experience that is perpetually stressful, confusing, frustrating and isolated. If you want to be thrown in to a role with no proper training and attempt to succeed in a churn and burn environment, this is the place for you. You will be overworked, undervalued, and stripped of any sense of empowerment you knew in your previous places of employment.
