There are some really great people who work there that trauma bond to get through it all.
Cons
Incredibly toxic, tons of favoritism, policies for everything, senior leadership has way too much on their plate, CEO controls everything and few call him out on it ... Enabling him. Unrealistic work loads and goals.
It's a cult run by people who in management that never managed and HR people with no HR experience. They believe they have great onboarding training but lack the real picture of what a bank does. It's not about coffee and wearing Nike shoes. (Which are allowed, but no other brands.). And if you have a tattoo that is visible, you will not be welcomed.
Be sure to drink their Kool aid or you will not last long. Not to mention the cameras on the employees...
Worst job I ever had in my 38 years of financial business.
They have very structured and organized business processes.
Cons
This was once of the most toxic work cultures I ever experienced. I was given homework and books to read outside of work. We worked in a basement. Often our team (the backbone of all processing) was treated very much as less than others. When I made a mistake I was shamed and told I had to write apology notes to the customers it affected.
