      Worst employer, and a sham

      Pros

      The organization got to work on some bug projects, and network with some very senior politicians.

      Cons

      Horrible work culture and zero work ethic. Arm twisting and cheap tactics are encouraged here not only for external vendors, but also as a way to manage internal employees. No respect or dignity was given to employees, especially junior members. A group would take all the credit for work done by others. It was a big waste of many peoples time

      The idea of the company is great, but employees are treated very badly.

      Pros

      You get to interact with politicians and party workers. There is free time to do your own work.

      Cons

      Salaries are not paid on time, employees are routinely insulted by the owner, suppliers and vendors are hardly ever paid. The quality of management is very poor overall and needs to be revamped.
