but blew it as they either got rid of everyone that knew anything or they scared them off

Can't come up with a single pro... Some co workers were nice...

Cons

Citra has laid off ALL of its EZ-CAP knowledge base. Getting support to answer/resolve issues takes weeks, if it happens at all. Everyone at Citra is focused on the all mighty $ instead of selling a complete product...

We never like to hear that our team members have had a bad experience. Change is hard and we have tried to navigate in the most fair way possible understanding that there are families behind our employees and people who need our products.
