Nothing bad , good environment and supportable form the Management.

There is a lot of downsides of this company. We can even call it as Dark side of the company. Before joining the company, You will be happy to know about the working hours and the salary date and other good things. But after joining, You will experience the most worst situations like - Salary wont be on time. You have to ask them multiple times even after the salary date passed. - You wont be having any freedom in work environment - You would be controlled by a manager who doesn't have minimum idea about the work and who don't know how to work at all. All he need is just to command you since he is a manager and you are working as an employee below him. - Your work and efforts wont be recognized and there wont be any appraisals. - Employees will be treated like slaves and they doesn't care about you at all. - You wont be eligible to get the salary and benefits after resigning
