      Pros

      If you are in school and want to meet the high-end people in Orlando, then this is the best place to be. You get to show them your work effort and get to chat with the CEO of many companies.

      Cons

      The pay is not good at all for what you do. Also, the Shift managers get a share of the tip pool but do not do any of the work when I was there.

      A good place to learn what NOT to do.

      Pros

      Citrus Club is a unique environment. Private, members only atmosphere promotes a couple of things. A great sense of family, an opportunity to meet individuals you would never be able to meet in other situations, and make connections that will last a lifetime.

      Cons

      The club's members have a tendency to display gross sense of entitlement, and can often times treat you as if you are a servant. The employee atmosphere is close and rather incestuous, and can harbor resentment and hostility.
