      1.Good domain 2. Flexible working hours. You can reach till 11 o clock to office 3. Evening snacks 4. Good payment and appraisals 5. Laptop provided and work from home is thr

      This list is very big 1. First of all if you are joining Pune office, then their is no job security 2. So called management is egostic and employees are treated like servants 3. If you hurt management ego, you will get fired 4. Attrition rate is high 5. Management is not proper, poor processes, no work life balance 6. Early morning releases so you must be ready to work till 11.30 in night and 6.30 in morning when needed. 7. Management sitting at Mumbai has no concerns with employees and is rude 8. No pick up drop facility

      No pros.. They say they are employee friendly.. Employee first company but the truth is they jst care about sloggin the employees.. The hr tells every employee to write good about the company to get a good review. So all the good reviews you see are hr forced ones. No matter how hard you wrk their is no guarentee u r secured in Citrus excpt for higher mgmt. Only good things about this company is salary comes on tym. Apart from that nothin.

      You can write an essay on the cons. All the good reviews are from mumbai branch. The mgmt cares least about the employees. Nly fun is in mumbai ofc and ppl in other branch r least cared about. Your job is always on stake even aftr performin.So beware b4 joinin citrus if you care about your family.

      Pros

      Lot of new things to implement and good projects to work on, challenges one to keep up on their toes and push their limits.

      Cons

      There are no industry best practices followed in the organization whether its for coding, QA testing, project management or HR. They wont pay any salary if you are serving notice period. If you get confirmed and resign, make arrangements to be without any salary at least for 3 months, till you get your first salary from your next organization. I had to do 100s of followups before I could get my salary after almost 5 months. Its like company is punishing you for leaving. Totally unethical. Wont recommend. Don't be greedy, APNI AKAL LAGAO.
