Pros
- Good comunication with the team - They pay for the parking (blue area/zona azul) - Salary is okay, not good but not bad, regular.
Cons
- Don't have flexible hours - Don't share the management of the sprints very well - When I got there for the first week I never had a explanation about the softwares, how they work or the business of the program. - Salary could be better - Don't have a career project to grow in the company.
