Pros
Team members are very friendly and if left alone do a great job. Not many other pros- they added some Nespresso machines- but then cut the head office staff, so enjoy the coffee. Systems are outdated, the amount of polyester makes the building a fire trap, very high turnover of staff, so a constant stream of new faces. Meeting after meeting - when no resolution is achieved. New buzz words depending on the revolving door of general managers and head of brands. Weekly new process that of course is needed ASAP- and then changed depending on the weather . All of this gets in the way of getting work done. Management does not care about the people- only the bottom line- which is shrinking based on the lack of consistency and leadership. The culture code and values are a joke. Bullying happens in the open and is accepted. The head office culture is depressing and if you want to feel like a hamster on a spinning wheel five days a week- this is the place- otherwise stay far away- you have been warned.
Cons
Upper management say one thing and do the other. No work life balance- HR cannot be trusted- nothing is confidential. If you are looking to work in the the head office or stores- I would tell you to think again or ask for a big big big raise to make it bearable.
