CES believes in ‘promoting from within’ so there are some excellent career opportunities if you work hard. It’s a big company with a great family / team ethos.

Cons

The hours can be long but you get rewarded for your hard work.

Non, it you want to work for a dishonest employer.... Then this is your mark. Tricky bonus scheme which never pays what is should, short staff conditions, work weekend for free, .... NO PROS

Cons

I worked as a manager for 14years and was trained to be dishonest to customers.... Even attended mandatory staining sessions and forced to attend disciplinary meeting when I refused to engage in dishonest activity!
