Pros

Nice facility and decent equipment

Cons

Bait and switch. You are told you work for a family and they care about you. That lasts a few weeks. It seems like if you make one mistake they just say fire you. Management is a good ol boys club and always blames someone else than themselves. Nothing is ever good enough. You can do 99% perfect and they will yell at you for the 1% that isn't. You will be asked to do more and more and get less and less support. Mismanaged and messy. No employee appreciation. Always overworked, overstressed and very underappreciated.

Pros

No holidays, no weekends. Yeah, that's it.

Cons

-Micromanaged -Rules aren't enforced equally -No mechanism in place for pay increases or reviews. -No advancement opportunities -Only 2 weeks vacation no matter how long you work there -You'll be constantly frustrated, stressed, and tired. -They are a laundry company that's terrible at laundry. -You'll likely never get off a route, making it impossible to do your actual job, and you’ll be blamed for not getting results
