She makes questionable decisions like hiring all her friends (even their family members) rather than hiring someone based on skills and experience. Senior managers aare always fighting with each other. Always about who knows best. Who's ego is bigger. All of them have severe control issues. Marketing is the worst they are incompetent and have no clue what theyre doing and other managers can't say anything or they'll get thrown under the bus. The HR dept does everything wrong so double check your paychecks. The president shari komo matsueda and ceo steven ai are both taking the company into the dumpster. Steven's father and grandfather would be sorely disappointed in him. If you want to be in the worst place to work this is it.
