Pros

Team work and dedication is ingrained in this company. Everyone works with the goal in mind to make everyone better and become the best. Great leadership and the everyone is great to work with.

Cons

Normal growing pains. The company is expanding quickly so you have to be able to change and learn new things quickly. I don't think is a negative but keep this in mind if you are looking for a new space.
