      An unfair contract, the Company is free to conclude its employment relationship with you at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Arrears of wage and no overtime payment (which is illegal). Their handbook tells me they clear 2 weeks' wage in the third week, but they have been finding multiple reasons not paying me for the last 2 months. When I can't bare it and hand in my resign notice, they fired me based on the unfaired contract.

      Low Salary - They don't pay you as an intern. They promise the opportunity to be a regular worker, but the fact is they postpone it without any excuse just because they don't want to pay you. Even if the full-time workers here, they start with minimum pay ($12/h) with little chance to get promoted. Poor Management: The management doesn't know how to run the business. They rely on salespeople too much but neglect the importance of marketing or BD. Poor Internal Environment: Too much drama goes on in this firm: employees fight, CEO doesn't pay the salary on time, people don't get judged by their work capabilities but appearance or wealth instead,...

      It is a start-up company, they welcome international employees.

      Cons

      The structure of the company is unstable. Not the recommendation for someone who has long working experience. You won't learn at all. If you need a long time job, not this one. The company default pays your salary even they promise you before.
