      Things I love about working for CityView -No layoffs during the entire pandemic -Cares about the health, safety and well-being of each employee -Growing, profitable company -Flexible work location: headquarter offices are in Victoria, BC (Vancouver Technology Park), but many employees work remotely from their homes throughout the USA & Canada, or you can choose a hybrid option (office/home mix) -Flexible schedule: You choose when you put in your hours; just get the work done:) -Leadership is responsive & accessible

      No real cons. Work is challenging and there is a learning curve, but the environment is friendly, collaborative and supportive.

      Never boring. Good benefits including lucrative employee stock plan "Flat" organization where every employee is an "owner" of sorts. Lots of experienced employees. Very transparent regarding numbers, finances

      Steep learning curve. Watchout for burnout.
